If you told me last year that I would be in Paris this past weekend, I probably would have laughed and thought you were funny. But I’m continually learning that God has a humorous way of bringing about the unexpected. Last weekend we visited the World Team France field, and it was probably one of my best weekends in Europe so far. We met so many great people, and it was neat to hear their stories of how God called them to France. It is always so incredible to hear how God moves in the hearts of His people all around the world. We shared meals with some of the missionaries, learned about their different projects, attended a gospel cafe outreach event, and somehow still had time to see the big names of Paris like the Eiffel Tower, the Cathedral of Notre- Dame, and the Arc de Triomphe. By the time I returned to Cáceres, I was sleep deficient, but completely refreshed, encouraged, and inspired.
Here’s a little video of our trip. It’s mostly the touristy stuff because let’s face it- it’s kinda weird to take video footage at the dinner table with people you’ve just met.
